Rich Kuskye


Rich Kuskye is certified as an Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE), the highest IA certification attainable. He has a Master of Science in Managing Information Systems from Bellevue University. Mr. Kuskye has 16 years experience as a Program Manager, 14 years working with direct SATCOM and network configurations, and 12 years with all 8 cyber security disciplines related to IT platform design. Mr. Kuskye also served as the InDyne Inc. Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) responsible for DoD DFARS and NIST 800-171 requirements. Mr Kuskye was responsible for the 25th Space Range Squadron’s Schriever AFB, CO, transition from the DIACAP/JAFAN process to the NIST RMF/JSIG. Mr. Kuskye was also the architect on the RQ-4 Unmanned Arial Platform’s RMF transition at Beale AFB. Mr. Kuskye currently holds a TS/SCI clearance. His professional certifications include:

  • Certified Penetration Testing Engineer (CPTE)/Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Equivalent/Mile2
